What We Do.
We help brands develop and produce garments in Turkey and China. From fabric sourcing and sampling to production, quality control and shipment follow-up, we coordinate each stage with our suppliers and keep you informed.
Sampling
We source fabrics and trims, review your tech packs and coordinate proto and sales samples with suitable suppliers. We follow up on fit, colours and details until approval.
Production
After sample approval, we track materials, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing against the agreed production plan. We follow up on approvals and flag delays or issues that need your decision.
Quality Control
We arrange in-line and final inspections using AQL methods. We report defects, measurements and workmanship issues, then follow up on corrective actions with the factory before shipment.
Shipment Follow-up
We follow up on packing, labels, barcodes, shipping documents and shipment readiness. We coordinate with suppliers and freight partners, track shipped quantities and highlight any outstanding items.
